DRY GOODS- DOMESTIC DELIVERY (AUSTRALIA)
We charge a Flat rate of $14.95 for Standard and $18.95 for Express Postage without signature via Australia Post.
Shipping listed above also applies to our other products whether it’sordered on its own or combined (eg, skincare and wellness, cosmetics, apparel etc.) Additional rates/fees will apply for parcels more than 5kg.
We may contact you to pay for the additional cost in reference to actual quote from Australia Post. Delivery will take to 3-5 business days for express and 5-10 business days for Standard, sometimes it depends on the location.
FROZEN GOODS-DOMESTIC DELIVERY (AUSTRALIA)
Frozen items(packed in an insulated padded bag) will only be sent via EXPRESS POSTAGE through Australia Post to avoid spoilage. Flat rate of $18.99 shall apply for parcels up to 5kgs.
Additional shipping cost will apply for weight more than 5kgs, which will be advised once order is ready for dispatch.
Frozen items will be dispatch only from Monday-Wednesday (2pm cut off WA time) to avoidspoilage when orders are processed in courier’s warehouse on the weekends.
